Just like it is important to keep you room clean, keep your planet clean, it is important to keep your mind clean. Why? Because we are constantly exposed to fake news and misinformation. This can create confusion, anxiety and even anger. By knowing how to distinguish fact from fiction, good from garbage, we can protect ourselves, our families, our friends.
The seminar asks who is responsible to "clean up the garbage" of fake news, starting with the EU and moving on to citizens. We will provide an overview of how to assess truthful and reliable information and what questions to ask at all cases.
